The Annual Conference and AGM of the Scottish Medievalists is held in the second weekend of January. Attendance is by invitation only. Existing members of the medievalists may nominate attendees.
The Conference includes the annual A. A. M. Duncan Memorial Lecture. Professor Archie Duncan left his library to the Medievalists in order to raise funds. Proceeds from book sales have hence been dedicated to a funding session in his memory at each conference, focusing on issues of interest to Archie.
